Shipping and policies


SHIPPING

 

  • All shipping will be done through Canada Post and available shipping options for your purchase will be provided at checkout.

 

  • Our handmade items take 3-5 days to produce and prepare for shipping


  • $ 12 flat shipping rate within Canada for tracked parcels. Regular shipping time frame is 2 to 8 business days based on your location within Canada

 

  • Orders up to $50 can be shipped letter mail for a flat rate of $ 6. (Please note that this option does not come with tracking or insurance. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels). Regular shipping timeframe is 2 to 8 business days based on your location within Canada

  

  • $22 flat rate shipping for Xpresspost within Canada. Regular shipping timeframe is 1-3 business days based on your location within Canada


  • Please note that if you choose letter mail, you will not receive any tracking information .
  • Pick-up is available in Nelson and will be coordinated by email following your purchase. A refund for shipping charges will be issued 
    • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Lemon and Quinn is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
    • If you have not selected Tracked shipping we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
    • All duties and taxes when shipped outside of Canada are responsibility of the customers. 
    • We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

    Shipping to the USA

    • Orders to the United States are shipped via Tracked Packet for a flat rate of $18 with $100 insurance/liability coverage. Regular shipping timeframe is 8 business days

    • Expedited parcels ship for a flat rate of $22. Regular shipping time is 5 business days based on your location within the United States

    •  Please note that customs, duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.  

    Shipping to Europe

    • Standard shipping Air no tracking, no insurance (7-14 business days): $22 CAD (Please note that choosing this option can be risky as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages)   
    • Tracked shipping with insurance up to $100 (5-12 business days): $40CAD

    Refunds and exchanges

    We are unable to offer refunds at this time. Please be sure that you have selected the correct sizing. If your item is defective or has been grossly misrepresented please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment and we will happily resolve the issue.
    PLEASE NOTE : due to the nature of handmade items there may be variations of pattern placement from what is shown in the photo.
    We can offer exchanges however shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your garment to make arrangements. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition.
